He was a bus driver and traveled throughout the United States and Canada. As a teenager, he began operating CB radios, leading a lifelong passion with Ham Radios.
He is survived by his wife Kathleen; children Peter Rouzic III and wife Becky; Collen Rouzic and husband Israel; Rita and fiancée Ryan; and Kathleen and husband, Doug; sisters Jeanie McCauley, Rita Kerwood and Tessie DiGirolamo; grandchildren Peter IV, Israel, Doug, Jordan and Kashton.
He was predeceased by his sister Mary Jean Kostnicki and granddaughter Marlie.
In lieu of flower donations may be made in memory of Marlie to Sisters by Heart.
