Dumont Council Postpones D'Angelo Farms Development Proposal

DUMONT, N.J. -- The development fate of the former D'Angelo Farms in Dumont is being further pondered by the mayor and council, reports northjersey.com.

A builder's remedy lawsuit filed in 2013 by developer Landmark offers two options that must be decided by Aug. 1, reports northjersey.com.

The council voted Tuesday to table a resolution that would've allowed 124 market-rate units the former farm and 22 affordable units on the remaining acre, reports northjersey.com.
