Sunny Skies To Follow A Frigid Friday In Bergenfield

The wind is going make it feel pretty cold through Friday, but Bergen and Passaic counties are going to experience a reprieve from harsh winter weather for the extended holiday, with temperatures rising to near 60 degrees on Sunday, according to the National Weather Service.

Thursday will be partly cloudy with a low of around 17 and gusts as high as 26 mph. Will chill values will dip to 15 to 25 in Bergen and 10 to 15 in Passaic.

On Friday, the NWS says it will be sunny will a high near 42 during the day, but wind chill values going as low as in Bergen and 10 in Passaic. It will get become partly cloudy overnight and even colder.

On Saturday, however, it will be sunny and temperatures will rise to as high as 52 with the winds at around 5 mph.

Sunday will be the warmest day of the weekend, with mostly sunny skies and a high near 58.

To cap things off, President’s Day also looks sunny, with a high near 50.
