The Setters collected more than 40 brand new toys during the break, and delivered them all to the Children's Hospital on Thursday. The toys will be distributed to the patients of the hospital during the holiday season. Since the patients' parents spend most of their time with their children at the hospital, it is difficult for them to get out an purchase holiday presents. This program allows the parents to focus all of their efforts on their children, and still allows the patients to experience the joy of unwrapping gifts during the holidays.

"Participating in this service has helped my team understand how fortunate we are to be healthy and home for the holidays," said Kayte Kinsley, the head coach of Pace Field Hockey. "The least we can do is take time out of our day to put smiles on the faces of the sick children at Maria Fareri Children's Hospital."

The goal of the Maria Fareri Children's Hospital at Westchester Medical Center is to make all children healthy and happy. To learn more, visit its website.
