Marijuana, cocaine, oxycodone, psilocybin mushrooms, Ecstasy, Suboxone and drug packaging materials were all found, along with $5,751 in apparent drug proceeds,

Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal said Monday.

Arrested were Barry A. Hoffberg, a 50-year-old former attorney, and Kevin Concannon, 44, the prosecutor said.

Grewal said his investigators began watching Hoffberg after getting a tip that he was dealing drugs from the complex at 240 Prospect Avenue.

Armed with a warrant, they raided the apartment on Friday, arresting Hoffberg and Concannon – who was charged with hindering and cocaine possession.

Hoffberg, meanwhile, was charged with a variety of drug-related offenses.
