Joseph Marsilio was charged with various drug possession counts, including being within 500 feet of a park and a library, Capt. Mustafa Rabboh said.

Marsilio "was extremely nervous" when Officers Ramon Cruz and Peter Morano found him on South Front Street at 3:50 p.m., Rabboh said.

As they spoke with him, Marsilio kept placing his hands in his pants pockets," he said.

"After several times of being advised to remove his hands from his pockets, Marsilio then confessed," the captain said.

He reached into his front pants pocket and pulled out a napkin that held seven small bags of crack, Rabboh said.
