NEW MILFORD, N.J. -- A routine New Milford police traffic stop led to the discovery of 22 small bags of crack cocaine and the arrest of the Teaneck driver.

Officer Vincent Siekierski stopped the car for having an obstructed rear license plate just before 9:30 p.m. Tuesday, Detective Kevin Van Saders told Daily Voice.

After talking with Siekierski, 25-year-old Kevin Kea Jr. retrieved a larger bag containing the smaller ones, as well as $636 in cash, he said.

Kea was being held on $75,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail, charged with possession with the intent to distribute the crack, among other drug-related offenses. He also received summonses.
