New Milford PD: Masturbating Driver Outside 7-Eleven Had Crystal Meth

NEW MILFORD, N.J. -- A Bergenfield man found masturbating in his car outside a New Milford 7-Eleven before dawn Thursday was carrying crystal meth, police said.

Officers responding to a 4:43 a.m. call at the River Road convenience store arrested Jerol Jalocon, 45, Detective Sgt. Kevin Van Saders told Daily Voice.

They charged him with lewdness and possession of drugs and a fictitious license plate.

They released him under New Jersey's 2017 Bail Reform and Speedy Trial Act pending a detention hearing in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack.
