"Man vs. The Machine" focused on methods of emergency ring removal, meat grinder accidents, rescue from impalement situations, cutting steel with an acetylene torch and more.

"All of the content comes from real life experiences that the instructors have faced in their home departments in Massachusetts, FDNY, and Long Island," Oradell Lt. Joseph Gothelf told Daily Voice.

P.L. Vulcan Fire Training provides "realistic and practical training to our fellow firefighters," its website says. "Our name is a tribute to our mentor, Lt Pete Lund aka "The Vulcan" of FDNY's Rescue 2."
