BERGENFIELD, N.J. -- Patricia (Patrizio) Andrews -- a Bergenfield resident, formerly of Tenafly -- died on Sunday, April 17. She was 96.
Andrews worked many years for the mayor and council of Tenafly on various committees. She enjoyed being in the choir of at St. Therese Church in Cresskill. She was an accomplished seamstress and had an early career designing baby clothes.
Andrews was also a member of the Leonardo da Vinci Society Dance Troupe, and she loved to travel extensively.
She is survived by her children, Dennis and his wife Michele of Brooklyn, Brian of Bergenfield, and Patrice Rosato and her husband Daniel of Old Tappan; grandchildren Brian Jr., Shannon, Shaun, Jillian and Alicia; sisters Catherine Medaglia and Penny LoBello; and many nieces and nephews.
Andrews was predeceased by her husband, Joseph, and her daughter-in-law, Maria.
Visiting hours will be from 4-7 p.m. on Tuesday, April 18, at Pizzi Funeral Home, 120 Paris Ave., in Northvale. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Wednesday at St. Pius X Church, in Old Tappan.
