NEW MILFORD, N.J. – Patricia E. Burke, a resident of New Milford, died Monday, July 18. She was 79.
She was a resident of New Milford for more than 45 years. As a member of the Church of the Ascension, she was devoted to her husband, children and family.
She is survived by her husband, James Burke; children, Patricia Seeback, Jim Burke and his wife Linda, Maureen Pierson and her husband Glenn, Donna McGourty and her husband Matthew and Richard Burke; brother, Michael Walsh; grandchildren, Kaitlyn DeVasto, Thomas Burke, Michael Seeback, Brian Seeback, James Burke, Peter Seeback, Trisha Pierson, Meagan McGourty, Timothy Seeback, Melissa McGourty, Lauren Burke, Kelly Pierson and Jaclyn Burke; and great-grandchild, Wyatt Seeback.
She was predeceased by her brother, Richard Walsh.
Visitation will be from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at the Boulevard Funeral Home, 1151 River Road, New Milford. Cremation will take place at the funeral home. There will be a service at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at Church of the Ascension, 256 Azalea Drive, New Milford. Father David will be officiating. Interment to follow at MaryRest Cemetery, 770 Darlington Ave., Mahwah.
