DUMONT, N.J. -- Marilyn Cash, 84, of Dumont, died Thursday, Sept. 29.
She was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., to Kathleen (nee McLaughlin) and Thomas Harty.
She dedicated her life to raising and caring for her family and was an extremely proud grandmother of four. She was an active member of the Dumont Senior Citizens center and loved playing bingo with friends.
She is survived by her children, Robert Cash and his wife Helen and Diane Rasmussen; four grandchildren, Christian, Richard, Kathleen, Daniel; and her brother, Gerard Harty.
She was predeceased by her husband, Harold Cash.
The funeral Mass will be at 9:30 am. Tuesday at St. Mary’s R.C. Church, 280 Washington Ave., Dumont. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Woodside, Queens, N.Y. Visiting will be from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday at the Frech-McKnight Funeral Home, 161 Washington Ave, Dumont.
