NEW MILFORD, N.J. — Frank J. Cecco, of New Milford, died Monday, Nov. 7. He was 73.
He was born in Brooklyn, to Emily (nee Cafaro) and Frank Cecco. He was a letter carrier for 51 years with the New Milford Post Office, and a member of the National Association of Letter Carriers, a member of the New Milford-Teaneck Elks Lodge #2290 and N.E. Regional Director of the Mended Hearts.
A funeral Mass will be offered at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at Ascension R.C. Church, 256 Azalea Drive, New Milford. Interment will follow at George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus. Visitation will be held from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at the Frech-McKnight Funeral Home, 161 Washington Ave., Dumont.
