DUMONT, N.J. — Edward Joseph Luttati, of Dumont, died Sunday, Aug. 7. He was 88.
He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, having served during the Korean War.
A devoted family man, he worked at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in New York City in the security department for more than 35 years. He was an avid bowler and also enjoyed solving jigsaw puzzles.
He is survived by his children, Carlene Luttati of Taos, Debra Gonzales and Lisa Ferra and her husband Gerald of Dumont; grandchildren, Miguel, Lowell, Jessica, Courtney, Daniel and Nicholas; and great-grandchildren, Erica, Maliha, Devin, Cora and Jaxson.
A memorial Mass will be conducted at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Therese RC Church, 200 Jefferson Ave., Cresskill.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
