The initial ordinance eliminated 18 of the 33 bus stops, reported northjersey.com. The ordinance the council intends to adopt to rescind that action will reinstate those stops, reported northjersey.com.

Even if approved, the changes won’t take effect until March 14, and, according to Borough Administrator/Clerk Christine Demiris, NJ Transit won’t post new signs at the bus stops until that date, reported northjersey.com.
