ENGLEWOOD, N.J. — City Councilman Charles Cobb accused the Englewood Police Department of targeting him in an angry phone call after his car was towed in December, reports.

Cobb had his car towed from his house after a license plate reader indicated his registration expired 11 months prior, the article says.
