"The Relay For Life event is quickly approaching and some members of the squad have gotten together and formed a team to help raise money and awareness for the American Cancer Society," the Corps noted in Sunday Facebook post.

"Please visit our page ... and give what you can." The Corps Relay for Life page is here. You can donate directly, dedicate a luminaria or join the team. "And if you can't give anything? Please stop by and cheer us on."

The event will run from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. on Saturday, at Dumont High School, 101 New Milford Ave.
