Fireworks Will Be Bergenfield Family Fun Day Finale

BERGENFIELD, N.J. -- Family Fun Day arrives in Bergenfield on Sunday, June 5. It's a free annual event.

The Bergen County Firefighters Pipe Band will perform toward the tail end of Bergenfield's Family Fun Day.

There will be wide variety of activities, from balloon artists, face painters and bouncy houses, to stilt walkers, a mechanical bull and a dunk tank. Elsa and Anna from "Frozen" a special appearance, and there will be an array of food trucks and vendors.

This year, the event also honors the 75th anniversary of the Bergenfield Volunteer Ambulance Corps, and folks will be able to take a look at "rusty relics ambulances." The Shots and the Bergen County Firefighters Pipe Band will perform at 7 p.m.

Fireworks will cap off the events.

The festivities begin at 1 p.m., in Memorial Park. The rain date is Sunday, June 12.
